Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will grant you total command over your e-mail boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a new email box in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mails on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just select the email mailbox you wish to forward email messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will handle everything else.
